Men with Knives invites you to join them on a journey across themes and countries to enjoy flavour and ingredient combinations in our plant based + exploration. This spring we will be holding four Thursday night dinners - May 23, June 13 and June 27th. Cost for each dinner $65 (includes gratuity / hst and 2 drinks per person). All dinners are limited to 40 guests.
May 23rd: Meditteranean Magic
Explore why the Mediterranean diet has made such an influence on the way we eat as we enjoy some of our favourite Greek and Italian plant based dishes. Enjoy a bit of red wine and splash of Collingwood Olive Oil to make the experience complete!
June 13th: Creating your own Plant Based + Menu with Simcoe County Bounty
Work with our team of chefs to explore chutneys, sauces and flavours to add to your own Larder.
Limited to 20 participants
June 27th: Journey to Morocco
Explore African and Arabian influences in a feast of plant based + dishes. Spices, grains and great flavour combinations take this one to the next level. Featuring local wines & beers.
**Dietary Notes: Please note these meals are focused on plant based dishes playing a bigger role in our menus. Our concept of plant based + is about changing the focus of the meal but also flexibility in ingredients. We can accommodate vegans and special diets/allergies with advance notice- email us (email@example.com) in advance with your dietary requests.
