Description

1 tin of each of the following beans or a combination of any 2 or 3: red kidney beans, green beans, wax beans, lima beans

Ingredients

1 can
beans (see notes)
1  
onion (medium, chopped finely)
1  
sweet pepper (chopped finely)
1⁄2 cup
sugar
1⁄2 cup
wine vinegar
1⁄2 cup
salad oil
1⁄2 cup
salt
1⁄2 teaspoon
dry mustard
1⁄2 teaspoon
tarragon
1⁄2 teaspoon
basil
2 teaspoons
parsley

Instructions

How to make Bean Salad?

1. Drain the beans in a colander while mixing the remaining ingredients.
2. Put beans into bowl and pour dressing over them.
3. Toss and refrigerate overnight.
4. Toss again before sewing.
