Breakfast Porridge

By West Africa Cooks, 22 August, 2016
Description

I read that in West Africa porridge is often served at boarding school, where it is nick named either Tom Brown or Laying Concrete! Esther's porridge is delicious, not at all concrete-like and is best served with a copious amount of delicious banana and evaporated milk.
