Curried Fruit Bake

Ingredients

1⁄3 cup
margarine
1 can
pear halves
10  
maraschino cherries
1⁄2 cup
brown sugar
2 cans
apricots or peaches
4 teaspoons
curry powder
1  
pineapple chunks (tin)

Instructions

How to make Curried Fruit Bake?

1. Melt butter, add sugar and curry. Drain fruit on paper towel.
2. Put fruit in 2 or 3-quart ovenproof dish; add butter mixture. Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
3. This can be served as a side dish with baked ham or pork. It can be done several days ahead and is also good for breakfast with bacon and eggs.
