Ingredients

cold boiled onions
1 tablespoon
flour
1 tablespoon
butter
2  
hard boiled eggs
   
salt and pepper
   
breadcrumbs
2 cups
milk (2/3)

Instructions

How to make Devilled Onions?
1. Mince the onions, make a white sauce with flour, butter and milk. Stir in the finely mashed hard boiled eggs, the onions and seasoning. Add dash Worcestershire sauce.
2. Put in greased dish or ramekins. Sprinkle with grated cheese and breadcrumbs and brown in oven.
