Description

Knicks knacks (snacks) Ginger Beer the drink you remember from your childhood.

Ingredients

1 pound
root ginger
2  
limes
   
sugar (to taste)
   
cloves
   
water (to cover ginger)

Instructions

How to make Ginger Beer?
1. Scrub ginger and wash.
2. Scrape the skin.
3. Slice, pound or crush ginger.
4. Boil with enough water to completely cover ginger with lime for half an hour.
5. Leave to infuse for half an hour and strain.
6. Bottle up and add a few cloves in each bottle.
7. Serve chilled.
