1evaporated milk (tin)
2 teaspoonsgelatin (dissolved in 2 table spoon water)
2 teaspoonsvanilla essence
How to make Ice Cream?
1. Freeze milk in shallow ice tray for five minutes.
2. Put sugar in mixing bowl. Put milk in, and beat till double size.
3. Add dissolved gelatin and vanilla essence and continue whipping.
4. Freeze for 3-4 hours.
