An ode to Luo culinary tradition, an ode to Pan-Africanism, and an ode to Detroit.

- Tong' (eggs): Farm fresh duck and chicken eggs (as available)
- Kal (finger millet): porridge with coconut cream, (VEGAN)
- Rabuond Nyaluo (sweet potatoes): boiled. (VEGAN)
- Kunde (Black eyed peas): chipotle groundnut curry (VEGAN)
-Ngege (tilapia): Smoked and served with hot pepper sauce.
-Alot( green vegetables): Sauteed foraged violet and lambsquarter greens.
-Chai (tea): Farm fresh Herb teas and Kenyan black teas ( chocolate mint, lemon balm, sage, thyme)
