Cardamon, cumin, coriander, sumac, chilli and saffron! These fragrant spices are used in majority North African dishes and we will be cooking with it! We will take you on a spice route that will get you excited about trying it in your everyday cooking.

North African inspired Meze platter with Freshly-made flatbread
Harissa from scratch
Chermoula chicken tagine with fragrant cous cous
Sumac-roasted lamb with a pomegranate and barley salad
Rose & pistachio polenta dessert cake with cardamon ice cream
