Food is a great seductive tool! Celebrate passion in the month of February, meet interesting people and cook together as I share my recipes of fresh, wild seasonal foods cooked with African spices.

After cooking you will enjoy a sumptious dinner.

The menu is full of sensual flavours, textures and spices, just right for romance and intrigue.

Come alone or with friends and perhaps leave with a bright spark and most certainly a smile.

What to expect;
On arrival, a welcome glass of my homemade brew of Hibiscus flowers & Elderflower

Our cookery session will start with an introduction to Moroccan spices used in our menu.

Moroccan Spiced Carrot Soup with Harissa, coriander & basil oil with roasted pumpkin seeds

Tagine with Butternut Squash, Chestnut Mushrooms, Sweet Peppers, caramelized onions & Ras-el-hanout spices

A sumptuous dish to cook and eat together.

Saffron Cous Cous in Chicory Cups
Master a recipe for a flavourful cous cous with saffron served in elegant chixory

For dessert you will create a delightful Chocolate Date with Almonds & Pistachios (gluten & nut free alternative available)
Light but glorious little treats.

Moroccan Mint Tea to end your sumptuous supper

Bring your favourite drink, beers or a light wine to go well with spices.

If you cannot make this date, or if you will like a private cookery class, please send a request for your preferred date.

Recipe sheets will be emailed to you and the spice mix you make will be elegantly packed for you to take home. Please advise on dietary requirements. Please note that nuts are regularly used in my kitchen.
