The island of Sicily, invaded over the centuries, has a flair of it's own which can be seen in their typical dishes with hints of Spanish, Arabic, Greek, and North African spices and styles.

You will cook hands on with us, and help make Busiate Trapanese, Frescaril, (Italian couscous made with a tiny broom), and Sicilian cannoli too! Help cook or just enjoy the company and wine before sitting down to this authentic Sicilian dinner. SEE MENU BELOW.
