Join us for a North African inspired feast!
Join us for a one night only supperclub event that we've designed for the North East's Vegan Restaurant Week 2018. Expect lots of tasty hot (and cold) treats which have been inspired by North African Cuisine, we'll also be selling beer and wine especially for this night. Yum. Let's have a look at the menu...
Sharing platters of Moroccan style hummus, homemade harissa, YMCA NE1 oyster mushroom baharat slaw, olive bowls and fresh flatbreads.
The Main Event:
Eight hour slow cooked vegetable celebration Tagine. Featuring carrots, squash, courgette, red onion, dates, sultanas, apricots, bell pepper and chickpeas. Served with spiced cous cous, grilled aubergine and fresh parsley.
To top it all off:
Green tea poached orange, fresh mint and a cinnamon spiced glaze. Served with fresh Moroccan mint tea.
Doors at 6pm (the bar will be open), service will start from 7pm. We will also have our full hot drinks list available for the duration of the evening. We serve Oat, Almond and Soya milk at no extra cost.
Dogs are always welcome.
