For a healthy started to the year, join me in my kitchen in Little Chelsea for a culinary adventure as I share my secrets to a sumptuous meat-free Moroccan feast that you can easily recreate at home.


You will be inspired to use spices to elevate your meals and inspired to enjoy seasonal produce.


After cooking, you will sit to enjoy a sumptious dinner cooked by you!


This culinary experience will be tailored to suit your diet and can be set on your preferred date.

What to expect;
A welcome glass of Moroccan Orange & Mint Prosecco on arrival


Our cookery session will start with an introduction to Moroccan spices and we will create traditional Ras-el-hanout spice mix.


Moroccan Spiced Carrot Soup with basil oil with roasted pumpkin seeds


Stuffed Butternut Squash with Chestnut Mushrooms, Sweet Peppers, caramelized onions & Ras-el-hanout spices


I will share my secret to a decadent squash roast that you can customise for an enjoyable suprise everytime.


Saffron Cous Cous
Master a recipe for a flavourful cous cous with saffron.


For desert, dates stuffed with almonds (nut free alternative available)


Moroccan Mint Tea to end your sumptuous supper


If you cannot make this date, please send a request for your preferred date


Recipe sheets will be emailed to you and the spice mix you make will be elegantly packed for you to take home. Please advise on dietary requirements. Note that nuts are regularly used in my kitchen.
