A celebration of West African cooking (one of 2018's hottest food trends) and vegan cuisine! Chef Tokunbo Koiki was born in Camden to Nigerian parents and is currently in residence at Green Rooms. She recently starred on BBC Africa and has strings of glowing reviews on her Facebook page.

TABLE NIBBLES: Plantain Chips - Dusted with cayenne pepper
STARTERS: Yaji Roots Soup - Yaji spiced roasted sweet potato soup / or Akara - Bean fritters
MAINS: Nigerian 'Party' Jollof Rice served with plantain and moin moin / or Beans Pottage - a bean pottage of slow cooked Nigerian honey beans and plantain in palm oil
DESSERTS: Tropical Fruits with Bay leaves and Lime Syrup
