Vegetable Jollof Rice
Africa’s famous one pot dish of rice gently steamed in a spicy and aromatic tomato based stew.
Your choice of Rice will be served with;
- Sautéed Fresh Sea Bream infused in a spicy tomato and sweet pepper gravy.
- Curried Goat stew- Pinch of West Africa takes on a Caribbean classic with deliciously tender cuts of meat.
- Tomato Goat Meat Stew-This rich and flavoursome stew is a popular foundation base for most West African sauces.
Tropical Mango & Raspberry Salad
Chopped Mango with Raspberry and Fresh Mint. Simple and Refreshing!
Homemade vanilla cheesecake served with sweet raspberry coulis.
All dishes contain Nuts, Soya, Mustard & Celery.
