February is African Heritage Month. To celebrate we will explore the many essences of authenic African Cuising and prepare a four course meal that we will sit and enjoy at the end o class.  This four course meal will utilize local, seaonal market ingredients.  The menu:Callaloo, Shrimp Piri Piri, Lamb Curry & Yellow Rice and for dessert: Banana Fritters & Pure Honey
