Following the popularity of Tokunbo's Kitchen summer residency at London's first Arts hotel, Green Rooms in North London, Chef Tokunbo was invited back for a longer term six months residency from January till June 2018. With her menu of authentic and modern Nigerian dishes, she is actively bringing a taste of Nigeria to a demographic, many of whom, have never tasted Nigerian food before.
