Segun Odofa was born and raised in Western Nigeria, and in 2015, founded catering company, Delicious African Orchards. Segun has been featured on CCTV, NYC News 12, Madame Noire Magazine, Amore Magazine, and Eat Africa - an online food company. Segun has also successfully catered over 50 weddings, among hundreds of other smaller events, solidifying his culinary prowess in New York City. Most recently, he participated in the 2017 Jolloff Festival and was announced the winner after providing the judges and patrons with the best-tasting Jolloff Rice, served with his famous Buka Sauce.
