Look no further!

Our West African cooking classes is for anyone that love big flavours! For the scotch bonnet lovers, lets come together and appreciate the spice, dislike the spice? Not to worry, we will be teaching you how to cook your food with maximum flavour and punch without the heat. 

We will be cooking a three-course meal and learning to combine and balance different flavours, students will learn and have fun in plating their meals. You will also get the lastest tips and tricks from the industry and have a sit down meal with fellow students at the end of the class. 

Menu for The Night...

Starter - King Prawn Pepper Soup with Freshly made Garlic Bread

Main - Senegambian Jollof Rice – Basmati Rice cooked in well-seasoned Smoky and Scotch Bonnet Spiced Tomato Stew with Cabbage, Carrots and Aubergines served with Parsley Surfed Grilled Chicken 

Dessert - Plantain Caramelised in Coconut Sugar, served with Coconut Chantilly Cream 

Drink - Homemade Hibiscus Cocktail / Mocktails
