Our West African cooking classes is for anyone that love big flavours! For the scotch bonnet lovers, lets come together and appreciate the spice, dislike the spice? Not to worry, we will be teaching you how to cook your food with maximum flavour and punch without the heat.
We will be cooking a three-course meal and learning to combine and balance different flavours, students will learn and have fun in plating their meals. You will also get the lastest tips and tricks from the industry and have a sit down meal with fellow students at the end of the class.
