Hey beautiful people,
The New Year is off to a wonderful start and Sunday Supper is so tasty and chill. Winter is in full effect offering deep flavored greens and chicories, hearty squash and sweet potatoes. I'm channeling my time in the South of France, Marseille. I ate these authentic tagines with couscous. Evoking all of those cozy feelings while the acidic harissa (North African hot sauce) adds a great kick. The chicken is always so juicy and fall-off-the-boney...mmmmmm.
Everyone trust me, this tagine is oily and salty and hearty all in the best of ways. I'm so excited to make this very special and dear dish for you all.

Salad of chicories or little gems w/date, apple, dijon honey vinaigrette
Tunisien inspired chicken tagine w/carrot, green olive, preserved lemon, potato, chick peas
Citrus scented couscous
Marinated beets (oven roasted then marinated in vinegar and kosher salt)
Dessert: Apple crisp, chantilly cream
