Ingredients

2  
cold salt fish
   
onion (large)
1 can
tomato

Instructions

How to make Salt fish stew?

1. Take 2 pieces of salt fish soak in cold water.
2. Soak for 2 hours change water to get rid of the salt.
3. Cut cod into pieces.
4. Fry onions in a pan.
5. Add tin tomatoes stir and simmer.
6. Continue to cook on low gas for an hour.
7. Serve with rice.
