Description

Spanish Baked Fish bake in oven until tender. Approximately 30 minutes.

Ingredients

1  
large fish (we used 6 lbs. red snapper)
   
salt and pepper
1  
sweet pepper (chopped)
1 clove
garlic (large crushed)
1  
onion (sliced in rings)
4 tablespoons
vegetable oil
1 tablespoon
vinegar
1  
bay leaf
1 teaspoon
oregano
   
paprika (to tase)

Instructions

How to make Spanish Baked Fish?

Clean and scour fish. Place in baking pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper, sweet pepper and garlic. Top with onion rings. Mix oil and vinegar and pour over all. Place bay leaf in centre and crush oregano over entire surface. Sprinkle with paprika and bake in oven preheated to 350°F 'until tender. Approximately 30 minutes.
