Instructions

How to make Chicken Luau?
1. Joint chickens and place in ovenproof dish.
2. Mix together all other ingredients to make a sauce.
3. Pour sauce over chicken parts and cover. Bake at Regulation 6 for 1 hour. Thicken sauce if required.

INGREDIENTS:
2 chickens
1/3 cup each ketchup and cider vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. ginger
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt, dash pepper
