Instructions

How to make Corn Soufflé?

1 .In saucepan melt butter, add flour and seasoning, then hot milk, a little at a time, stirring with a wooden spoon until mixture thickens.
2. Then add corn, cheese and yolks when mixture is cool.
3. Beat egg whites until they peak and add to cold mixture.
4. Pour into buttered souffle dish and bake at medium heat for about one hour.
