How to make Garlic Pork (or Pickled Pork)?

Grind peppers and garlic in mincing mill or blender. Wash pork until it looks clean and white (the idea is not to let the blood remain in the pork); then wash pork in vinegar. Throw away that vinegar water. Throw some more vinegar and a little salt to taste in measuring cup. Do not use hands; use a clean fork. Put pork, piece by piece into a bottle to set with the garlic, pepper and thyme, then throw in vinegar which was mixed with salt to taste. Stir and set for three days. Then, on third day throw all out into a pot to boil. Take out pork by pieces, drain, and fry in oil.
