A lot of hard work, research and thought has gone into producing this cook book. Initially the sumptuous gold colours, design style and layout stand out from other books which make me really like it. It looks and feels like a quality hardback. The Ghanaian Kente *cloth style is used throughout and in the content section divides. It's GhanaBeTasty, it's going to be special too. Billed as a five course taste tour of Zoe's Ghanaian cookbook, Zoe Adjonyoh's supperclub was tasty and it was fun. We do like the magical atmosphere under the low level lighting, feels like your eating inside a themed wonderland tent. If you are going to book a meal at the south London venue anticipate that you are in for a great night, dinning on traditional African cuisine. Very cosy. Here is our review of our evening.

Delights by Cynthia have created these African themed cupcakes as part of a collection. Theses incredible but edible cupcakes celebrate African arts and crafts – textiles, sculpture, beading and of course, nature. The African themed cupcakes are not only a delight to the eyes, but they taste delicious too. The flavours available are from Delights by Cynthia owner, Cynthia Akinsanya’s African store cupboard.

Cynthia Akinsanya created this collection to celebrate Black History Month 2016 and as a nod to her West African heritage. Her family is from Sierra Leone.
