So I have a somewhat shocking secret to share – I am not a foodie *insert covered face emoji*

“But wait are you not Tokunbo of Tokunbo’s Kitchen?”

Yes indeed I am. You see, what I am trying to say is that I am not a foodie in the sense that I am quite fussy about what I eat. However I enjoy cooking and I especially love creating meals for others and seeing the satisfaction on their faces. It’s a feeling second to none.

Ask yourself at the end of the year 2015 what did you do to promote Africa? Your heritage, culture and spirit. What did you do?
As an activist this means you have to support or actively encourage and advance African issues. So again ask yourself the question?

West Africa Cooks Supports Nubian Nights Out

Here is a message from the owners of Nubian Nights Out who put on a photographic art exhibition in July 2015.

Still on a high, how brilliantly our first exhibition went. We can't thank you all enough for the love, support and encouragement. We wanted to say a few words about why we felt the need to put on an exhibition such as this. We feel we needed to say a little bit more than just thank you and hope you enjoyed the all the images and the free food and the drink, now bye.... Lol.
