We are looking for chefs and kitchen assistants who have a proven track record in delivering quality food, helping to ensure the kitchen is run in an organised and efficient manner. You must have the ability to work in a team, a love of good food and desire to deliver an exceptional guest experience first and foremost.

The ideal candidate would be/ have:
- Fluent English
- Energetic, confident
- Ability to work effectively independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Experience as a waiter/waitress is essential
- Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and be able to provide references
- Reliable
- Trustworthy
- NVQ1&2 or equivalent
- Level 2 food hygiene certificate
