Instructions

METHOD: Remove top and bottoms of okras. Chop the salted beef finely. Put this along with okras in saucepan, add the water and bring to boil, stirring now and then to prevent sticking. After 20 minutes add onion and simmer until all is cooked. Add a little pepper to taste.

INGREDIENTS:
approx. 16 small okras
1/4 lb. salted beef
3 pts. water
1 onion chopped pepper to taste elineeinec\ * 1 cup=8 oz.
