What's New Pussycat? Strawberry Daiquiri

      75  gram          strawberries -- fresh (3oz)
       1  teaspoon      caster sugar
       4  tablespoon    white rum
       1  unit          lime juice
          unit          ice -- a glass of crushed

How to make 'WHAT'S NEW, pussycat?' strawberry daiquiri?
1. Place the strawberry and sugar in a blender and whizz briefly until pureed.
2. Add the rum, lime juice and crushed ice and whizz again until smooth.
3. Pour into 2 champagne flutes, add straws and slip a sliced pump strawberry on to the rim of each flute.
Serve.
