Rice Pelau Ingredients: 2 cup rice 4 cup water 2 teaspoon sugar 1 tablespoon margarine 3 tablespoon groundnut oil (or corn oil) 12 unit roasted groundnuts 1 unit onion and tomato (chopped) dash thyme (of) 1 pound salt beef (soaked) 1 unit chicken (boiling) 1 pound stewing beef unit salt and pepper (to taste) 2 tablespoon flour Instructions: How to cook Rice Pelau? 1.
