How to make Rice Omelette?
1. Mix rice and sugar together, add a pinch of salt, then nutmeg and a dash of water.
2. Separate the egg yolks from the whites and mix them into the rice.
3. Whip the whites until stiff and fold into the rice.
4. Melt the butter, and fry an omelette from the mixture.
5. Serve as a sweet.
