Ingredients

2 cups
flaked fish
4  
eggs
4 slices
hot buttered toast
2 tablespoons
milk
4 tablespoons
butter or fat
   
mustard (a little)
   
salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

How to make Scrambled Fish?

Beat the eggs slightly—just enough to mix yolks and whites. Season with salt, pepper and mustard, if liked. Add the milk and then the flaked fish.
Melt the butter in a strong saucepan, and meanwhile make the toast. Put the fish mixture into the hot butter and stir gently until mixture thickens. Butter the toast and pile the scrambled fish on top.
