Lamb Stew

Ingredients

   
lamb shoulder chops (or neck)
   
garlic (pressed)
   
rosemary
   
lime juice

Instructions

How to cook Cyprus Lamb Stew?

1. In a dry casserole place a layer of lamb, cover with rosemary, some garlic and squeeze some lime juice.
2. Repeat layers until you have used your lamb.
3. Cover and cook very slowly for several hours.
