cooked rice 2
green pepper (sliced fine) 4
tomatoes (peeled and cubed) 2 tablespoons
onion (chopped) 2 tablespoons
parsley (chopped) 3⁄4 cups
olive oil 1⁄4 cup
wine vinegar 1 1⁄2 teaspoon
salt 1⁄2 teaspoon
pepper 1 clove
garlic mincedInstructions
How to cook Rice Salad?
1. Combine the cooked rice, green peppers, tomatoes, onion and parsley in a bowl.
2. Mix lightly with two forks.
3. Beat together the olive oil, wine vinegar, salt, pepper and garlic.
4. Pour over the rice mixture and again toss lightly.
5. Chill and serve very cold, in a buffet party to accompany other dishes.
