Jam Buns

Ingredients

1 pound
flour
1⁄2 pound
butter
1 teaspoon
baking powder
1 teaspoon
vanilla essence
2  
eggs
1⁄4 pound
granulated sugar

Instructions

How to make Jam Buns?

1. Mix dry ingredients, rub in butter, add beaten eggs with vanilla essence and mix.
2. Form into 2-inch balls.
3. Press hole in centre put in small amount of jam, pinch to close and bake on greased pan for 10 to 15 minutes at 350°.
