Salt Fish Jamaican Style

Ingredients

1 pound
salt fish
1⁄2 pound
tomatoes (chopped)
1⁄2 pound
onions (chopped)
1⁄4 cup
oil
2  
hot peppers (2-3 chopped finely)

Instructions

How to make Salt Fish Jamaican Style?

1. Soak salt fish in water overnight or for as long as possible.
2. The following day drain and pat dry with kitchen paper, then flake the fish and put in a bowl, add the oil, tomatoes, onion and pepper and mix well. This can be served as a main dish or on crackers with drinks.
