Ingredients

1 pound
shrimp (fully peeled, deveined cooked)
2 tablespoons
tomato ketchup
3⁄4 teaspoons
cayenne pepper
1 cup
tarragon vinegar
1⁄2 cup
chopped green onions and tops
2 cloves
garlic (finely chopped)
1⁄3 cup
horseradish mustard
1 tablespoon
paprika
1 teaspoon
salt
1⁄2 cup
olive or salad oil
   
lettuce

Instructions

How to make Shrimp Remoulade?

1. Combine all ingredients (except shrimp and lettuce) thoroughly.
2. Marinate shrimp in this mixture for several hours in fridge.
3. Serve on bed of lettuce.
