African and Caribbean food
There was food from Sierra Leone (Moyi Moyi and Rice Akara), Uganda, Ghana (Red Red), Trinidad and Tobago, Grenada, Eritrea, Jamaica, Nigeria (Jollof Rice), Barbados and Somalia. Nadia Maddy represented the Sierra Leone people in the house.
The vision of the events main presenter Sundjata Ketia and Harry Garrick Managing Director of the Caribbean Good Food Company is the launch of an African Food Market as a Social Enterprise in Peckham and Brixton South London. The focus will be on the youth education in African food which closely links to Caribbean food.
